It maybe low, it maybe high or it may be bang on.

It's all moot, as you say variables are in play as well

We do know a certain company is trying to offload 50% of their 80% of a certain holding.

There are certainly companies interest in said holding, yet none have stumped up any cash.

I vaguely recall some have expressed conditional interest, reading between the lines, drill a few more successful holes and we will talk again.

Said company is going to drill more.

I still maintain better to be conservative and pleasantly surprised to any upside.
