Slightly dated article, but it is good to see the Nambian govt is flexible, and happy to work with companies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. I think this approach, bodes favourably for pcl (assuming we actually have something of interest in the 3D...which is the biggest risk imo - albiet, we've had winks and hints that indicate we'll be fine).
