There is already a precedence for the Review Board. They knocked back SHELL when they tried it ago. SHELL even had more than 30% at the time. So I don't think it's gonna happen.
I can understand why there is no mention of Namibia in their Report. There was no activities related to anything in this area.
I am still disappointed with the lack of news from PCL after the Conference.
