I don't know if any of you were in FAR. The delay there was 3 years with the court case and in the end FAR lost out. Guess what company was FAR dealing with?
Now WDS would not have even come in with the free seismic deal if they don't think their chances are good. PCL had their backs to the wall at the deal making, of course the rest is history WDS got 56%.
Let's hope that this is not a repeat of FAR. There is a saving grace that Namibia could intervene should the delay becomes unreasonably long.
