This is very reminiscent of the period of no reporting and silence that occurred prior to the announcement of the farmin deal between PCL and WDS. Many were, back then, screaming and wringing their hands that PCL didn't have anyone interested in coming on board with us to do the 3D seismic and to comply with the provisions of the exploration licence despite the company telling us that we had 4 parties interested when we opened up our data room. PCL were at a point of extreme weakness at that time, IMHO, and struck as good a deal as was possible as it was prior to the Total discovery of the Venus monster reserve. That discovery changed the perception of the whole world towards the Orange Basin.
