Not so sure about. If they did that, then word would get around that they are a corrupt country to do business with, no one would trust them and they don't want that reputation, they have to much to lose, especially after the oils started flowing. My guess is two things, either the 3D analysis is not fully completed, or its WDS dragging there feet. My guess is this oil play will unfold within 3-6 months one way or another. Cheers #BUY!
