Any expenditure on blue sky should have some underlying justification and a R:R statement... I am also a very long term shareholder of WDS... they have reported better in the past ! I don't have much faith in Ms O'Neill and the WDS shareholders deserve better management, current bunch are basically clones in place until the Exxon or Chevron takeover.
