Looking at it from WDS point of view is not very good outcome for those of us wanting news NOW.
Very reasonable analysis that WDS have more to gain from waiting until around Q4 2024 - Q1 2025.
For WDS simple good governance means they should wait before making a decision.
Not what I wanted to hearbut have always believed - why should they rush ?
