I would now also be interested in the detailed (!) situation regarding this stupid seismic licence:
What exactly is the problem? Where exactly is the problem? Who exactly is responsible? Why exactly is no progress being made there? What specific timeframes can be expected?
If the delay/inactivity that has existed for several months lies with the Ministry: I am gradually inclined to ask them why nothing is progressing.
