It won't surprise me that is the case. There is no doubt that Namibia will look into their history, and being in the same region, the Senegal story would probably have come up.
That wasn't a nice partnership story.
WDS is only a major to PCL, but really, they are a nobody amongst SHELL, ESSO etc.
But I hope we are all going up the wrong path and the real reason is because we have such a 3D good result that everyone is fighting over a piece of the pie.
