As others have mentioned, the engagement of Salient Corporate Pty Ltd is intriguing, as well as the payment in 50,000,000 options rather than paying fees in cash (which we have plenty of - $4.3m as of 30/06). Why be paid in cash when you can be in on the deal?
Iain was also asked in the recent Q&A whether he would be further investing in / purchasing additional shares in PCL. The answer was an unequivocal "no". Perhaps because he has knowledge of 'an incomplete proposal or negotiation' (also an exemption from disclosure obligations)?
