Agreed, there is a broader OB wide downtrend (which is certainly testing of conviction) - probably as companies consider the scale of commitment required to bring the region into production. PCL priceaction is painful, but also very carefully currated (imo). I'm going to dig into the broker data over weekend. The 0.015 line is being defended fairly well (could well be attemping an intraday doublebottom of this cycle at 0.0135 over the next week....however they are up against the clock in terms of impending catalysts). Chart wise (for what it's worth), it's not looking terrible (in terms of finding a bottom). - Volume in weekly decreasing (thankfully) - Macd is starting to find a bottom (ie, levelling out). - Stocks bottoming out along oversold territory. For the trader (with a bit of conviction), this would make for a good risk/reward entry (IMO), given the technicals. But at this point, we are really at the mercy of finding a real fundemental catalyst.
