    If WDS sells part or all of their interest in PCL (future), it does not affect the agreement already made with PCL re the drilling program.

    So WDS can make an agreement to be free carried on the drilling, but PCL will still have to pay up after the 1st well.

    I don't understand why some people believe that somehow PCL can make a new agreement.
