That was my sentiment exactly, after having been in FAR; and PCL should be aware of the FAR problem as they had a connection with FAR. But I think PCL had their back against the wall when they did the deal with WDS and hence were squeezed.
What is our saving grace? May be the Namibians can come to the rescue. Is that what is happening hence the wait? Or WDS is thinking they will turn PCL into another FAR.
