Yes, maybe so, BUT can you see WDS walk after spending 35mil. They can just drag everything out to 6 months. If EXXON wants in, I am sure they'll pay for the DATA.
That is only pocket change for them.
But let's hope that WDS may just off load a % to EXXON and just forego the operatorship amicably. The 6 to 8 weeks Smith indicated is upon us next week. Let's see what happens.
