There are two sets of companies here, PCL and WDS. If PCL had completed the 3D analysis then under the ASX rules the shareholders of PCL would need to be told. In my opinion you simply can not write whatever you feel like into any contract that breaks the rules or laws and call it safe from litigation or imprisonment just because it is in a contract. Thats my 2 cents, which is what i wish the share price to be by the end of the week.
