When did the lawyers go to Namibia? Around the conference date isn't it? How long does it take to sort out some legal ramblings in a 3 or 4 page document. That tend to suggest something it could be of a bigger nature. Hope not!
However, if WDS is banned altogether by the gov't (probably unlikely), that'll be worth the wait. I think WDS really pressured PCL into accepting the 56%.
