If it is as simple as this, "If WDS have the seismic license then I assume they can share the data as they like, without needing the permission of the other JV partners." That is really not a problem to sign in new partners. WDS have the DATA, all it needs to do is just say to the potentials, hey, can't officially show you, but here it is, just sign on the dotted line and become part of the big reward, then we can officially show you. Trust us.
