I agree with everyone - piss poor from PCL. Long overdue for them to tell us, the shareholders, what they know. If they don't know anything after all this time then they should all resign or be voted out, but the large shareholders will keep them there.
One for the legal people here but I don't think an NDA could override their reporting responsibilities to the ASX and hence the shareholders. Just taking money for nothing. Honestly, Iain and BOD what have you done for over 12 months but tell us outside people are analysing the data. What have you done to earn even $1.
