Correct I have always been of the thoughts you are rewarded and praised when you achieve and do well and actually show effort. When you fail or make mistakes or under achieve you need to be told, punished or shouted at. this is apart of life and learning.
right now they are all taking good wages and with out this actually deal going on that seems to be waiting on wds, what the F... do they all do all day long???/ serious question. we have no other projects in place, we have not one other thing going on, so what is management doing everyday then waiting for a email to arrive saying approved? hahaha they all sitting around one computer watching the screen?
