to me the ownership is in reality irrelevant ( until WDS made it so) since both parties can and are using the data.
i have said repeatedly on this forum that the parties need to agree on any ann it will be written into the option agreement to make a formal JV once WDS agree to drill.
why am i so sure becuase both are ASX listed Cos and you cannot have once company coming up with their own ann ( possibly outlandish), that would/could be construed as to influence the other Cos sp/obligations etc etc and flat out disagree with what is being said.
which is why i am betting if pcl make any ann it will be with WDS blessing, whether it is what we want to hear or not - who knows, but for whatever reason atm no one is ann anything on the seismsic when it is likely we all agree that the analysis is most likely well and truely done by now.
is there any obligation by either Co to ann these results immediately i doubt it and if there is any doubt either Co can easily request some additional analysis to keep it away from any potential obligations/ann and even if PCL is finished WDS can easily say we are not and therefore not agree to any ann.
what is actually behind these possible scenerios seismic licence etc etc is the unknown for me and remain suspicious of WDS timeline machinations which are now clearly evident for all to see.
