it is your second paragraph is where i disagree, there is no way PCL would be ann on behalf of WDS - your might be correct, re it may not be written in a lawyers document - but i suspect if not, it is a gentlemans agreement that they either do not , or do not ann without agreement from WDS. To me should PCL just go off and ann any old result, then the potential JV would not be off to a very good start and either Co would probably not want this especially PCL?? AND with such potentially large targets these too would/could affect WDS sp and anyway it is not for anyone to decide that but the mkts.
i here what your saying and could well be correct too. something missing here will we ever find out??
