sorry... there appears to be a misunderstanding.... WDS have nothing to do with the permit, .. PCL needs to announce its position regarding the prospects identified on the survey, there is no JV with WDS, and do you seriously think PCL would be hard pressed to find another partner to fund a well if WDS flings the rattle out of the cot?
many people (particularly in WDS) now are sitting on information material to the value of PCL !!! and to call them 'gentlemen' is a joke.. Most, if not all except PCL, small Oil companies on the AXS go to great lengths to spruik their prospective resources.
