The lack of enthusiasm from PCL is mind-blowing, most small cap explorers (eg ADX's latest release) are full of "how great things could be" and PCL is saying SFA this is really weird... I'm just someone who spent a lifetime in a services related industry and have a few $$ to risk, and PCL 'looked ' like somewhere i could make some proper coin based on public information, having seriously missed out on the Hardman Mauritania bonanza due to my insider information and no offence Rachel but I had solid info on the 'high school' rumours on Chinguetti and could not act ! Woe is me for not getting a relative to buy for me...as for the seconf half of next year, if PCL does not have a rig lined up its back to 0.001 land
