Yes, and if I were PCL I would want to have a very positive announcement prior to the AGM.......No one could pay me enough to deal with the onslaught of negative questions coming PCLs way........And in no way would I want to deal with having to explain all of the delays they have backtracked on and promised would be forthcoming for months now.
