Rather than just putting a sign on the house for 'sale by owner - send bid to xxxx lawyers'
PCL is sitting on some great real estate as as if if need a flock of Cottesloe beaning counting seagulls to advise them, these dudes (the PCL board) have been in the small cap oil business more than long enough to know the value of the asset and the market place.
