You'd think very unlikely. Nambia is not in the game of destroying long term relationships (given what they are trying to do by creating a global oil play), PCL has been a player in the region well before hydrocarbons even discovered (ie, demonstrated commitment & loyalty). If it does drag on, WDS will get dumped, and PCL will get an extension, and new farm-in partner (just turns into a much longer wait is all..). As above, we do have Namibian elections coming up, which tends to freeze everything, but I'm personally still confident we might slide something through before then.
