I am talking about terminating the option agreement. From what I understand the 180 days for WDS to exercise their option starts when BOTH the seismic license is granted and the delivery of the 3D seismic data. Alternatively, WDS can exercise the option at any time. If WDS are told they will not be granted the seismic license then PCL can argue that the agreement is frustrated and seek to terminate it.
