It takes 5% of the votes to be cast (basically 5% of the shares on issue) OR 100 shareholders to put forward a resolution to be voted on at the AGM.
I believe we have both 5% of the votes and over 100 shareholders on HotCopper who are unhappy with the BOD and CEO.
We can put forward any resolution we like to be voted on at the AGM.
I would like to see a resolution put forward of No Confidence in the BOD.
It will not succeed but it will definitely let them know they have a lot of unhappy shareholders.
