All this conjecture would be totally put to bed if only PCL would come out and clear it up! They would know exactly what is happening and who is waiting on what….all it takes is a little transparency, time to put your cards on the table PCL! Your share holders deserve an explanation and you have the ability to provide it…..get on with it your starting to stretching the friendship!
