Assuming the reason for the signing delay is money, then that loan should open the way for the signature. So that should be progressing by now. May be they are now on page 2 of the 4 page document .
WDS would now have no excuse regarding the farm in, or good riddance, which will be better us. Even if a new party has to pay WDS for the 36 mil, it'll still be worthwhile for them IMO and PCL.
I can at least see a light at the end of the tunnel.
