Surely there had to be a timeframe for when WDS had to take up the option regardless of licence?? If there was no such date then that is pretty poor on PCL's end due to conditions of our PEL extension and the risk of losing it.
PCL have a lot of questions to answer and they are grwoing by the day. AGM will be fun and happy to be contacted offline with regards to some questions you might like to be answered as I will be attending. I don't want to put a list on HC and have them be pre-prepared.
