Regardless of the crap agreement the real question is what is the motivation for Woodside to delay? This whole scenario is easily overted by moving to the next stage and drilling. What shits me, is Woodside never mentions Namibia in any of its announcements. PCL shareholders deserve better and sometimes you have to think outside the box when dealing with difficult business partners. Clearly some pressure needs to be applied, times up, make a decision. Are you in or out.
