Will be interesting to see todays (22nd Oct) data when it's available. Chart is pinned in oversold territory (for what it's worth), but without progress forward towards siesmic access license approval, general communications, etc; then this drift is likely to continue (albiet, we are closer to the bottom than the top - assuming a positive outcome in the journey).
