Rumour has it that the NAMCOR debt (billions) has something to do with the delay. Can't understand why. But since last week, that was sorted out. Someone posted a related article last week on the subject.
If so, the signature should be close and the fact that all existing % will remain as is is good news and the next hurdle would need WDS pulling their fingers out.
BTW, it's good that you can attend the AGM. Hopefully by then, you wouldn't have to ask the hard questions.
