I'd say calculate a fair value and if it goes above that think about starting selling but if it's got momentum then think about holding on. sometimes they overshoot what one calculated.
charting symmetry suggests to me that the next pause is 3.8-6 cents and after that we might see a pause around 10 cents, plenty of time to consider at those stages ... rocket ships
