Italian contractor Saipem expects to have sufficient vessels in hand to answer calls from operators for deepwater exploration and development jobs in Namibia, despite seeing all of its offshore engineering and construction fleet fully booked until mid-2026.Speaking at a conference call on Thursday following the release of the company’s third-quarter results, chief executive Alessandro Puliti said Namibia is a strategic new market for Saipem.
