To my untrained eye that appears to be a fair distance that has been sailed around. A drill ship which costs mega Dollars per hour would not be hanging wheelies(or waterskiing) in the middle of the Ocean for no good reason.
This could be the WDS selected drill area ..... and PCL management wouldn't have a clue.
