Don't believe in coincidences and don't believe in freebies. In this world, everything is done cause there is a chance to make money, or a way to cut costs, so IMHO, someone is doing a sales job or has an verbal hint.
So it's probably a positive for PCL SH's, maybe WDS is doing somethin in the back ground after all.
