I think there is only one conclusion for this lack of information. WDS have got the BOD's balls in a very tight grip due to their control, power and influence and farmin agreement they signed. What I am saying is that PCL are not to make any comment to the market that is not a requirement of the ASX or without WDS's approval otherwise WDS will tie PCL in the mother of all legal battles and corporate nonsense that PCL can't afford (and will lose).
Seems to me the only conclusion for lack of information coming from the retirement home and their carer Mr Smith.
Wonder when Mr Kennedy's shares will hit the market??? Hopefully a couple of years away.
