On point 2 - she is the company secretary. Why does she need to be on the BOD? She will still have the same relationship with the Namibian Lady. Do we need accounting experience or exploration experience on the board?
On point 3 - I disagree. This basically means that anything they want to consider related to PEL 87 they can issue shares for. I need a new Landcruiser to get to a meeting about PEL87 - approved. There is nothing that stops them asking the shareholders at a later date, the only difference is that they would have to be clearer about what they are going to use the funds for. Asking for 10% indicated to me that they have something in mind. If so, why not tell us. Perhaps, more share issues on generous terms to "sophisticated investors" aka their mates and f..... the shareholders they have treated like shit. Tell us up front what your plans are for the 10% not extremely vague rubbish!
