I love the confidence and I really hope that you are right.
I was in another share (and I am sure you know which and who was involved) and it lost lost the court case, but I feel that was because it didn't have the money to contest legally. Having money and a good legal team do help to expanding tremendously.
I think in this case, it's a bit harder for WDS to throw their weight around as
1.)They are not in the JV yet
2.)There are too many predators hovering around the highly speculative grounds and
3.)Because of 1.) Namibia can still have the final say.
Personally, I am hoping for a POQ.
