There is no doubting that WDS have a team of smart lawyers. Yes, we know, Senegal. But regardless of that, they are in Namibia territory and I think Namibian govt are in a hurry after having a taste of success to the south; and who can blame them.
There is nothing lawyers can do if you are not wanted. You cannot make people like you!
And if they are smart, they'll have to compromise, why risk losing a good thing. That's why PCL are there in Namibia now I guess. WDS lawyers there too?
I am also hoping that WDS is pre planning whilst waiting; I am talking about the Santorini hovering over the eastern border of PEL87. Yes, I know it can be anything!
Let's hope they resolve that so we can get on with it.
