You should receive notification by either snail mail or email of a notice of the AGM.
It should include the directions to enable you to vote either by snail mail or via logging on to the share registry holding company including your number of shares and therefore your voting entitlement.
There will be an identification code for you to use.
If you have any issues with logging on you can ring the share registry company and they will assist you to vote.
