The situation seems to get more convoluted as each piece of new info comes to hand. I recall seeing a couple of Callsign30's posts suggesting it was WDS's not doing the right thing with the SSL. I think he's pretty well on the mark.
Looking at situation now, I am more inclined to think that Namibia is trying to get rid of WDS altogether and the abuse of the SSL process is a good excuse. If that is the case, I can see the mid November meeting turning into a sh%$t fight; mainly because I can't see WDS giving up on PEL87 if the result is as good as we think it is and resulting in more legal delays. I hope not though. Will sanity prevail? Something must be happening just looking at the buy volume.
