IMHO it is a reasonable article that outlines some basic concerns to do with any minor oil explorer starting out.
while the 3d licence/ farmin agreement are essential to our current project in Namibia, there is still a long way to go after the deal has been accepted + multiple different outcomes to keep in mind.
