This would seem contrary to what actually occured given the additional KMs shot was during the process and not before indicating the decision wasnt part of the farm in agreement ?
Secondly you state that it would be stupid to have not shot the additional KMs. Is that because PCL could be more interested in the deeper cross section of PEL87 or is there another reason ?
