Perhaps Woodside does not understand that it could benefit more and succeed faster by cooperating with Namibia and stack holders in our block instead of trying to play hard ball by sending layers to Namibia? I doubt that Woodside has got the power (money, political connections, influence, resources, ...) to play hard ball like a major oil company like Exxon or Total.

Exxon does not want to share the results from an exploration well in the North. Either very good or a duster with hints where to drill the next exploration well?
