If you read the article it is pretty much saying they are finalising the JV commitment. That it is moments away from being finished. However never once has Woodside mentioned Namibia in any announcement. You can use all the lawyer jargon about blah blah the 180 days hasnt started yet but the FACT is they have had the data for longer than 180 days and failed to make a decision. The delays are costing the Namibian government jobs and money. The days of woke governments talking about transitioning etc are numbered.
