Nice to see the share price coming back up but let's be honest, the SP was 2.8c back in April.
Now were all excited at 2c in the next few days - hopefully.
Yep, we had a deceased estate sell up but IMO the real problem has been the lack of communication and information from the BOD.
The SP has drifted ever since April because the market has had no information on what is happening.
Still no info on the 3D after how long - just rubbish.
The only thing we know is missed deadline followed by missed deadline and no idea when the seismic license would be finalised.
A seismic license btw that initially, we were not even told was required.
The seismic license is a 100% stuff-up of the BOD - it simply incompetence to have an agreement with no end date or termination clause.
Incompetence!
Their answer is to give shares to some group for unknown reasons apart from blocking all shareholder contact with PCL.
Disgraceful behavior from the BOD.
I believe if the BOD had simply updated the shareholders on a regular basis on what is happening the SP would now be over 3c.
The lack of information has had a serious effect on shareholder confidence and contributed to driving the SP down.
If the seismic license had been handled in a timely manner the SP would definitely have been over 3c in May/June.
Nice coincidence that they get off their arse and go to Namibia and hey shock the seismic license is signed off a week before the AGM.
Oh, and the SP goes from 1.3c to 1.9c in a week - nearly a 50% increase.

For me, PCL should commit, at the AGM, to a monthly open video forum to discuss whatever questions the shareholders have.
I expect we will always want more information but at least we will have something.

And, yes, I believe the SP has a long, long way to go but that does not excuse the behaviour of the BOD.
I'm very confident in the future of PCL, not so much of the BOD.
